Smaller concrete jobs like sidewalks or pads can finish in one to two days. Larger driveways, patios, or projects involving demolition and grading usually run three to five days. Concrete then needs proper cure time before heavy use, which we will explain when we scope the project.
Often, yes. A new patio or driveway is the right time to address grading and water flow at the same time, which is why many of our storm water management installs happen alongside concrete work. Solving both at once usually saves money compared to doing them separately later.
